We are offering for sale this working and profitable business for sale – a fully furnished and equipped summer restaurant called Kosharitsa Bar & Restaurant. Kosharitsa Bar & Restaurant is located on the territory of the popular mini resort Sunset Kosharitsa, only 7.5 km from Bulgaria’s biggest seaside resort - Sunny Beach. Sunset Kosharitsa holiday development is set at the foot of the easternmost hills of Stara Planina Mountain, close to the sea, in a quiet location, only a few hundred meters from the last houses of the big and well developed village of Kosharitsa. The total area of the restaurant is 350 sq.m. and it has about 80 seats.
Kosharitsa Bar & Restaurant is set on the territory of the development. It is a summer restaurant which works 6 months a years – from May 1st until November. The restaurant has an open-air terrace, which is partially covered by an awning and parasols. The kitchen is located in a building to the restaurant which is connected to the bar and is fully equipped. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, specialties from the Bulgarian and international cuisine, a variety of drinks, cocktails. There are also vegetarian dishes and healthy food.
The restaurant’s clients are mainly owners of holiday properties and houses set on the territory of the complex, as well as the many tourists staying on the development in the summer. The clients are mainly foreigners (British, Polish, Russians), but there are Bulgarians as well.
EQUIPMENT OF THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant is fully furnished and equipped. It has all the needed cooking appliances, as well as a dishwasher, a machine for washing and drying glasses and cups, a few fridges and freezers, 2 deep fryers, a big gas grill, a table from rust-proof steel with a fridge compartment, a grill, 6 hobs and an oven, a few microwaves.
