MIRABEL Residence is a construction project from a collaboration of 3 Belgian partners, united in the company BELINVEST, and the Turkish construction partner TOROS RESIDENCE. It was designed by the architectural firm DBV from Hasselt.
The project is located just 100 m from the shoreline in a quiet area, a prime location with sea and mountains.
MIRABEL Residence includes 24 apartments and 8 penthouses spread over 2 blocks of 5 floors. On the ground floor there is space for shops. In the basement is an indoor pool, sauna and fitness, and private storage for each resident.
