The house, which is an architect’s house, is located in the “Greek Riviera”, the wider area of Porto Heli and Spetses Island in the Peloponnese. It sits on an amphitheatrical plot in a very quiet neighborhood at the area of Costoula, very close to the island of Spetses, where many prominent families own their houses. The villa is on a hill and as a result it provides a unique breathtaking view of Spetses. The closest beach is beautiful, sandy and only 3 minutes away.
The villa is articulated on several stone clad levels. The construction of the buildings is according to the Greek earthquake regulations and reinforced concrete has been used. The swimming pool is on an elevated position adjacent to the barbecue and seating area, and part of the pool is shaded as protection from the hot sun. High quality and expensive materials have been used throughout the villa. Outdoor pergolas are made of high quality chestnut wood. The interior floors are of dark beige marble and for the external floor areas stone slates or marble have been used.
