The small house in Spanish style (2 floors)
There is on the first floor:
- a dining room with an exit to a terrace
- open kitchen
- toilet
On the second floor:
- 2 bedrooms
- a bathroom with a bathroom and a toilet
 All house is very light, on sunny side.
Before an entrance there is a small garden with possibility of installation of a barbecue, a little table, and also a terrace.
In the general a zone of a complex is the pool.
The complex is near a big supermarket and  the sea in very quiet zone Vilafortuny.
